Certainly there is benefits in using RSS Feed, for the blogs or websites owner they can automatically submit the blog content to the subscribed readers and for subscribed readers via RSS Feed, they get the content which automatically sent via feed reader or even email without visiting the relevant web or if the feed was sent in summary form then the subscriber will receive notification without keep turning to check for the newest contents from the relevant web
