The feed address is the domain name plus an additional address in the form of /feed.

Or if the blogs using custom domain, the formats of feed address as follows:

Foe example, if the blog address is http://www.blogspottutorial.com/ and using blogger platform, then the feed address will be as follows:

http://www.blogspottutorial.com/atom.xml

How to Add Feed to Google Reader

Here is how to add feed to Google Reader:

1. Please to visit http://www.google.com/reader
2. Login with your gmail account
3. Divert attention to the left top, click on Add a subscription
   
4. Insert the feed address you've prepared before. Continue to click Add. Example: http://www.howtoinblogger.com/feed
   
5. Finish. Now you can read this blog contents on Google reader

To add another feed addresses, just repet the steps number 4 and 5.
