Where Value can be changed with the value you likes, for example if you want to have a photo profile with width 120 pixels and height 120 pixels, then the code must be amended as follows:

.profile-img{width:120px;height:120px}

For the best result, it's recommended to change your photo profile with the appropriate size, e.g 120×120 pixels, because if the photo profile size is too small then it will look ruptured on your blog, and if the image is too large, then your blog access load will be more burdened.
